Join our dynamic In-Home Therapy program as a full-time Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) Counselor!Work with a Master's Level Clinician serving at risk youth and their familiesOpportunity to expand knowledge and pursue higher education in mental health and social work

Responsibilities
• Teach coping, parenting, communication, and other skills to youth, siblings, guardians, and natural supports• Connect families to community resources• Coordinate care with outpatient therapists, psychiatrists, schools, DCF, and medical providers• Participate in team-based approach to expedite wellness and recovery
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Services, or related field• Minimum 1 year of experience working with youth and families• Valid Massachusetts driver's license• Daily access to a working, registered, and insured vehicle• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to independently plan and organize schedule• Knowledge of basic computer systems and internet• Strong time management and organization skills• Bilingual applicants encouraged• Appropriate citizenship work documentation
