As we scale in 2024, we need a versatile, high-energy, remote executive assistant to join the Awesomely Team. While this role is remote, it's a MUST that this person sits in the Memphis area as this is where our production studio is, so we are looking for someone no further than a 45 minute radius from Memphis. About the Role: The Greatest Executive Assistant Ever! As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team by amplifying their productivity & impact, and helping them rise "out of the weeds" day to day. This multifaceted position requires someone with a proactive nature, a resourceful mindset, and remarkable organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Calendars: Scheduling meetings, events, conferences, handling reminders, rescheduling, invitations, etc.
Manage Travel: Researching & booking various travel aspects as needed – flights, accommodations, events, etc.
Communications: Help managing emails, various message platforms, voice mails, making calls as needed, coordinating with others, etc.
Projects Management: Collaborating with various teams, scheduling & tracking tasks, reminders & follow-ups.
Company Events: Assisting in planning & executing company events & meetings throughout the year.
Special Projects: Assisting with organizational & research support as needed.
Integrity: Handling confidential information with character and discretion.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an executive assistant in a similar role to this.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Remarkably organized, with the ability to organize others – uncommonly good at managing your time & the time of others awesomely.
Proficiency in using common softwares (like MS Office, Google Suite, etc) and remote communication tools (like Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
Self-reliant and able to work autonomously and remotely.
Able to coordinate & manage special projects, and to see them all the way through to the end.
Highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly between projects, tasks & teams.
