Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Direct Builder Sales Territory Manager in Arizona.Responsible for managing territory and supporting sales team.Representing Ply Gem & Cascade while growing sales revenue.

Responsibilities
• Develop and grow established accounts.• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts.• Study existing and potential volume by market segment.• Utilize sales resources to secure new business.• Organize daily work schedule for territory sales opportunities.• Conduct sales promotion and customer educational meetings.• Generate leads and follow through with customers.• Recommend changes in pricing within guidelines.• Evaluate results and competitive developments.• Resolve customer complaints.• Submit annual sales forecast and conduct competitive analysis.• Customize sales presentations.• Provide sales administration and maintain customer profiles.• Perform AIA presentations if required.• Handle forms and communications.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.• 3 years proven direct sales experience, preferably in building products industry.• Thorough knowledge of building products industry and sales management experience.• Problem-solving and sales negotiation skills.• General knowledge of major competitive brands.• Strong communication and time management skills.• Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and expense management.• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
