Our Territory Sales Manager
Will be responsible for driving sales within their assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting EverCharge's solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the territory.
Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects and develop strategies to engage with them effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and drive brand awareness in the territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers about EverCharge's solutions and advantages.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers and negotiate terms to close sales.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward targets to the sales leadership team.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EV charging or related industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques and ability to apply them effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Job Title and Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, based on full-time employment.
Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
