As an Account Executive at our company, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging with real estate professionals to build lasting relationships and position our home warranty solutions as the go-to choice in your market. We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who isn't afraid to ask for the sale.
While experience in sales, especially within the real estate industry, is a plus, we're also open to candidates who may be new to the field but are eager to learn and ready to work hard. Our proven sales strategy and supportive team environment will ensure you have the tools and resources you need to succeed.
This fully remote position offers a competitive commission structure, with the potential to earn 30% on each sale. We'll cover all expenses related to events, travel, and more, so you can focus on what you do best - selling and building relationships.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of successful sales experience, with a track record of being a top performer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
- A positive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver's license.
- A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals in your territory.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and effectively evaluate them.
- Conduct sales presentations, both in person and virtually.
- Manage your CRM dashboard daily to track activity and progress.
- Travel within your assigned territory to visit offices and attend networking functions.
- Educate prospects on our products and services, emphasizing solutions to their needs.
- Manage your sales cycle from start to finish, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Compensation:

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule.
