Position Highlights Understands and communicates the organizational vision, mission, and values. Creates a positive culture - Should be challenging, rewarding and fun! Provides the direction, leadership, and communication necessary to achieve sales results and operating plan goals for the store. Ensures the store Shift Leaders provide the same to the store team members. Communicates all shift issues, concerns, and needs to direct supervisor. Recognizes and rewards outstanding performance of store team members. Demonstrates exceptional leadership behaviors. Train, coach and develop! Training, coaching and developing is like breathing, do it constantly! Operational Expectations Assist with training programs for restaurant personnel, including new procedure rollouts. Assist with compliance for all employment-related policies, including but not limited to, policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment and other inappropriate conduct, wage and hour policies and child labor laws. Strives for the ultimate in store customer service experiences and impressions. Ensures stores have adequate shift coverage at all times, while adhering to scheduling and labor guidelines. Assist the recruiting, hiring and training practices to ensure quality of shop staff. Motivates and mentors team members on providing customers with product suggestions and information. Educate and engage the community and store customers on all of Teriyaki Madness' products and services. Compensation $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 annual salary Monthly bonus, -subject to work performance Up to 1 weeks paid vacation each year after 6 months 5 paid sick days per year 3 paid Holidays—Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving Medical benefits including dental, vision, and life insurance are available 401K retire plan with 100% company match up to 4%  We're CRAZY DELICIOUS™.
