A Beaverton Residential Property Management Company is currently looking for an experienced, full-time Tenant Relations Admin! If you are a highly organized, Customer Service Admin professional, who enjoys multi-tasking, engaging customers both over the phone and in-person and turning customer complaints into compliments, this may be the role for you! Minimum qualifications for this position:
1 year of Property Management experience Accounts payable experience Computer skills, AppFolio preferred Experience creating and sending professional correspondences such as, e-mails and letters. Exceptionally friendly customer service skills, able to deescalate upset tenants. Strong organizational habits and sanitation practices. Self-motivated and efficient time management skills. Job duties include but are not limited to:
High volume phone management and email correspondence. Assist walk-in tenants and clients, deescalate tenant complaints, provide excellent customer service in challenging situations. Send tenant violations, notices, and letters. Check keys in and out with maintenance team. Manage monthly utility bill-backs. Oversee parking permits/towing. Photocopy, order office supplies and filing. Coordinate setting-up new accounts with utility companies. Data entry Accounts payable General office support, maintain cleanliness of conference room and kitchen Bank and post office drops - must have a reliable vehicle . Benefits:
