Temporary - Community Relations and Administrative AssistantPart-time position, approximately 37.5 hours per weekDuration: 23 weeks, from February 26, 2024 to August 2, 2024
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Maintain, plan and execute activities related to the credit union's brand within the communities we serve• Coordinate production of promotional materials for community events, including branding of signature charity program• Provide administrative support to President, CDO, and CFO• Coordinate initiatives of ACU's primary charity• Support ACU's school-based projects• Coordinate Senior Leadership Team and Board of Director meetings• Perform miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth business operations• Assist with ordering employee branded logo wear• Seek out information regarding new community events• Inform ACU employees of volunteer opportunities to earn Community Involvement Tracking points
Requirements
• Desire to uphold ACU's high service standards and perform with accuracy and attention to detail• Ability to complete projects benefiting employees and members• Good oral and written communication skills• Good organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred• Completed coursework in Marketing strongly desired
