Temporary Administrative Role

Schedule: 7:30am-4pm
Pay: $18-19/hour
Project: 1-2 month Contract role
Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, printing, and generating routers for our Supply Chain department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable. Handle all printing tasks. Create and distribute manufacturing routers to guide production processes. Ensure routers are accurate and include all necessary information for production. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role. Must be open to a temporary 1- month assignment. Reliable, punctual, and organization.
