Proficiently processes member transactions including bank wires, transfers, deposits withdrawals and loan payments. Effectively accounts for all cash, both incoming and outgoing. Examines checks for deposit and determines appropriate holds. Adheres to regulatory guidelines. Assists or leads in the balancing of ATM, vault, and TCDs. Answers basic member questions regarding products and services. Advocates for the member by referring appropriate credit union products and services. Proficiently communicates with members, staff and management. Effectively contributes to the credit union's growth by analyzing existing member relationships and creating financial options which lead to sales closures and quality referrals. Upholds legal, regulatory and compliance requirements unique to the role, in addition to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, and Information Security policies and procedures. Completes annually required compliance related courses as established by Harborstone Credit Union policies and/or practices.
Completes annually required Product and Process Knowledge competency testing, in addition to job related courses as established by Harborstone Credit Union policies and/or practices.

Compensation Range:
Minimum $ 17.00
Maximum $23.80
Typical hiring range for a qualified applicant is $17.85 - 19.04
· Accurately handle cash and key transactions.
· Perform basic math calculations.
· Learn job-related material primarily through oral instruction and observations.
· Ability to stand for up to four hours at a time, and lift up to 30 pounds.
· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
· Bondable.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
