The Telesales VOA Agent creates revenue for the company by engaging existing owners in default via phone, email, and other marketing platforms to get their ownership back through Travel Club and/or VOA sales transactions. The main purpose of this position is to sell rental option packages to families (nonowners) who are unable to become owners or canceled owners who are unable to reinstate as Westgate owners by purchasing a New Timeshare interest.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in a dialer campaign to collect leads to engage via Manual Outbound calls and Email. Receive phone calls from existing defaulted owners interested in reinstating as owners but would like to start off with a Travel Club or VOA membership, then upgrade in the future when affordable. Make Manual Outbound calls to Default (Cancelled) owners to create an opportunity to sell them a Travel Club or VOA membership. Send emails to Default (Cancelled) owners to create an opportunity to sell them a Travel Club or VOA membership. Follow up on all created Travel Club and VOA sales. Provide 5 Star Customer Service to all potential Prospects, Owners, Travel Club, and VOA members. Make financial arrangements with Travel Club and VOA members who have delinquent accounts to bring them up to date. Maintain daily tracking of performance and production expectations. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must have 6 years' timeshare sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
