We have an opportunity for a TelehealthGeriatric Fellowship Trained Family Medicine Physician in Spokane, WA. Your primary role is to provide comprehensivemedical care and support to elderly patients through telemedicine platforms.You will leverage your expertise in geriatric medicine acquired throughfellowship training to assess, diagnose, manage, and coordinate treatment plansfor a wide range of geriatric conditions and complex medical needs. Yourresponsibilities include conducting virtual patient consultations, performinggeriatric assessments, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, andcollaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.Additionally, you will offer guidance and support to patients and theirfamilies, promoting healthy aging and enhancing the quality of life for olderadults through telehealth services.

Requirements: MD or DO from an accreditedinstitution. Completion of a residency programin Family Medicine. Board certification or eligibilityin Family Medicine. Completion of a fellowship programin Geriatric Medicine. Valid medical license to practicein Washington. Proficiency in telemedicineplatforms and technologies for conducting remote patient consultations. Strong clinical skills ingeriatric assessment, management of complex medical conditions, and medicationmanagement. Excellent communication skills toeffectively interact with elderly patients, families, and healthcare colleaguesthrough virtual channels.
