We pride ourselves in safety, integrity & precision, and are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Telecom Civil Foreman & Workers to join our team. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks to the highest level of satisfaction, following directions from the crew leader. Continuously learn and develop the necessary knowledge to complete every job assigned. Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines and procedures. Operate power tools, hand tools, and materials correctly and safely. Qualifications Previous experience as a Tower Tech or Civil worker. Ability to travel up to 6 weeks at a time nationwide, followed by 7-10 days off. Must be able to work at height for extended periods of time and in all weather conditions (Tower Tech). Experience operating skid steer, mini x, or a trencher, and some experience with concrete (Civil). Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends when required. Ability to pass pre-employment tests, including drug test, physical examination, and certification training. Ability to obtain certifications such as CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 10, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness, and Authorized Climber/Rescue. Compensation Starting Pay: $65,000 a year, determined by experience. With annual performance bonuses.
