• Provide support services for corporate standard technology products• Conduct hardware and software planning• Organize and coordinate activities for installing, deploying, and upgrading software, hardware, and network facilities• Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service• Collaborate with staff to deploy standardized support practices and procedures
Requirements
• Technical knowledge of hardware & software• Knowledge of operating systems (iOS and Windows)• Knowledge of mobile devices (iPads, Windows tablets)• Attention to detail, effective communication, and technical analysis skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent in education and work experience
