Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve end-user problems• Research, recommend, and implement hardware and software purchases• Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external vendors• Manage capital equipment inventory• Investigate and test new tools, systems, techniques, and software products• Provide technical guidance and training• Work on projects requiring expertise and creativity in analysis and deployment of technology• Create reports and spreadsheets• Process routine financial transactions• Maintain an organized process for inventory control and management
Requirements
• Two-year college degree and two or more years of relevant experience• Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email/chat applications• Attention to detail• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Proficient in the use of Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools• Ability to prioritize and multitask• Resourcefulness• Comfort with technology and data management• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
