The associate role in the CTC Adoption Readiness Assessment team involves performing testing around IT General and Application Controls.The role requires liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate execution and reporting across technology and technology risk functions.Successful execution of responsibilities requires IT Audit experience and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Assess and perform IT general control and application control testing• Facilitate identification of findings, relevant compensating controls, remediation, and closure of findings• Execute on multiple controls adoption readiness assessments• Evaluate the functionality of existing and new technology platforms to drive adherence to control standards• Track and communicate overall progress of various programs• Ensure key risks impacting controls audits are addressed• Document current-state control processes and process flows• Examine audit results for potential cross-impacts on other programs• Maintain quality standards for program documentation• Initiate meetings, problem-solving, and deliver quality results
Requirements
• 2+ years of IT controls experience as a practitioner/lead with a 'Big Four' or top IT consulting firm• Knowledge of information technology and auditing of IT general controls• Experience with public/private Cloud technologies and technology platforms preferred• Ability to execute on multiple concurrent assessments across different stakeholders• Good presentation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills• High energy, passion for high-quality project outcomes, and self-motivation• Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
