If that sounds like you, we would love to have you join our team!Responsibilities Include:Identify, design, and implement technical talent programs that encourage a culture of development and enable technology employees at Citi to grow.Work closely with internal diversity networks and stakeholders to ensure an inclusive approach.Serve as an innovative change agent by motivating employees within Citi to engage with program efforts.Maintain regular reporting to measure impact, efficiency and employee satisfaction with programs.Facilitate highly interactive sessions for managers and employees virtually and in-person.Qualifications& Skills:The ideal candidate will have prior experience designing and implementing organization-wide programs, as well as the passion and drive to enable technology employees to develop and grow.Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience designing and implementing new programs.Facilitation experience in-person and virtually strongly preferred.Dynamic, engaging style with excellent written and oral communication across different audiences, levels and platforms. Must have ability to present clear and concise recommendations to a variety of audiences.High level of empathy and desire to advocate for others.Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive cultural change.Exceptional influencing skills.
