On this team you'll focus on driving operational excellence through technology talent & training programs by building a culture that attracts the right talent, fosters ownership, drives career growth, and delivers productivity.Overview of the RoleThe Technology Business Execution Partneris a senior level position tasked with designing and implementing technical talent programs for Citi Technology employees and managers. Technical talent programming is a critical piece of that. We want Citi to be a place where technology employees are encouraged and enabled to pursue continuous development and growth. The person in this position will have a passion for people and an eye for talent program design and implementation. They will support the broader Citi Technology organization by identifying, designing, and implementing technical development programs that make Citi a great place to work. As part of a broader team focused on a variety of talent, culture and diversity initiatives, the lead in this position will also have latitude to contribute to a range of additional projects, as desired. If that sounds like you, we would love to have you join our team!Responsibilities Include:Identify, design, and implement technical talent programs that encourage a culture of development and enable technology employees at Citi to grow.Work closely with internal diversity networks and stakeholders to ensure an inclusive approach.Serve as an innovative change agent by motivating employees within Citi to engage with program efforts.Maintain regular reporting to measure impact, efficiency and employee satisfaction with programs.Facilitate highly interactive sessions for managers and employees virtually and in-person.Qualifications& Skills:The ideal candidate will have prior experience designing and implementing organization-wide programs, as well as the passion and drive to enable technology employees to develop and grow.Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience designing and implementing new programs.Facilitation experience in-person and virtually strongly preferred.Dynamic, engaging style with excellent written and oral communication across different audiences, levels and platforms. Must have ability to present clear and concise recommendations to a variety of audiences.High level of empathy and desire to advocate for others.Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive cultural change.Exceptional influencing skills. Ability to engage and influence at all levels within an organization, from the most technical engineer to the most savvy business leader.Strategic, self-directed, motivated and managed. Able to work within the grey. Makes decisions with imperfect information that lead to successful conclusions.Creative and passionate. Driven by a desire for innovation and creation of an amazing client experience.
