High School Diploma or GED Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Ability to follow written and verbal policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Self-starter, ability to work independently and without direct supervision. Excellent attention to detail and high organizational skills Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) Must be a self-starter and able to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment. Good Problem Solving and Reasoning Skills Perform neat and accurate paperwork, legible handwriting, and data entry accuracy. Basic math skills Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs Ability to sit, walk, stand, climb and reach frequently Excellent attendance; Must be flexible to assist with workloads of others in the department without notice. Must be able to work flexible hours (Including weekends) when requested. Must be willing to work overtime including weekends, for planned/unplanned absences and on short notice as needed.
