Job Description THE POSITION : The Technical Writer serves as the operations point of contact for the creation of user friendly documents (SOPs, BRDs, and SOWs) to communicate operational processes, contractual obligations and program commitments. This will include, but is not limited to, the creation of templates and live documents for business rules, work orders, operating procedures, work instructions, and job aids. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
Creating standard templates for common documents leveraged by Patient Services Operations. Generating program specific instances of documents to be leveraged by development, training and operations. Creating work orders to be leveraged by Patient Services for contracting purposes. Developing case studies in collaboration with Account Management and Operations. EXPECT AT IONS OF THE JOB: Translate system design into user friendly procedures. This includes but is not limited to Work Instructions, Job Aids, and Standard Operating Procedures. Present or organize complex information in a clear and concise manner that allows the target audience to easily comprehend. Collaborate with Operations, Implementations and IT. Assess the needs of the business and take action to fulfill needs. Provide review of documents written by others and update as needed. Develop extensive knowledge of contracting process and Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent attendance. Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Required to have 3 years' experience writing technical documents with portfolio of examples. Expert problem-solving and communication skills. Editing and proofreading documents. Time management with ability to multitask. Positive attitude. Accurate and detail orientated. Ability to work independently and function as a team player. Ability to build productive working relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced, metric driven environment, while remaining patient minded. Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree – Study in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business-related discipline. PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications /skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
