Job Title: Technical Writer I Job Summary: FedWriters is a forward-thinking organization that is dedicated to leveraging the latest technologies to drive business success and serves over 60 government agencies. The purpose of this position is to assist FedWriters' Business Development (BD) and Technical Writing operations with exceptional writing, editing, and analysis skills, as well as by performing general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Include: Assisting in the development and organization of proposal documentation (e.g., templates, resume reformatting, job descriptions, past performance, and RFIs) by conducting thorough research and editing services Crafting compelling narratives in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) Analyzing, proofreading, and editing proposal documents, ensuring compliance with style guides Drafting and editing correspondence with FedWriters personnel and clients Regularly participating during BD meetings and draft meeting minutes Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, adherence to deadlines, and a keen eye for detail Experience in conducting research and analysis with minimal supervision Ability to work in a team environment and strong communication skills Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Full time Remote How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
