Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain technical training content• Deliver instructor-led training to end-user customers and partners• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders for effective training• Evaluate learners and continuously improve content• Train internal authorized trainers• Assist in developing a Train-the-Trainer program• Collect and share best practices• Travel up to 50% of the year
Requirements
• Osha 10 Trained• Technical degree or relevant work experience• Knowledge and hands-on experience with automation and/or robotics technology• Experience with instructional development and delivery• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Strong facilitation and troubleshooting skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office and eLearning applications• Passion for training and customer service• Ability to manage multiple training projects• Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric
