Responsibilities
• Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting process.• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, matching them with the best opportunities.• Understand clients' business and IT initiatives to match career goals of consultants with hiring needs.• Negotiate compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for clients' needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree with 3 years professional experience OR 4 years professional experience in a customer facing role.• Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with high ethical standards.• Ability to work in a team environment and relate openly with diverse groups of people.• Desire for a career in a commission driven, performance-based environment.• Excellent written and oral communication skills and eagerness to learn and find best solutions.
