Responsibilities
• Handling 1st party property claims of high severity and complexity• Completing field inspection of losses• Investigating and evaluating all relevant facts• Establishing timely and accurate claim and expense reserves• Determining appropriate settlement amount• Negotiating with multiple constituents• Writing denial letters and other complex correspondence• Managing file inventory to ensure timely resolution of cases• Providing excellent customer service• Actively providing mentoring and coaching
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred• General knowledge of estimating system Xactimate preferred• Customer Service experience preferred• Interpersonal and customer service skills• Organizational and time management skills• Ability to work independently• Judgment, analytical, and decision making skills• Negotiation skills• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Investigative skills
