Here you can use the latest web technologies to their fullest potential. This high profile role is part of the Solutions Engineering team.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the sales/presales team to develop solution proposals that align with customer requirements and deliver maximum valueBuild proof of concepts to demonstrate the capabilities of our products and services to customersBuild solution diagrams that clearly articulate the technical architecture and requirements of proposed solutionsBe a technical SME for the Presales organizationProvide expert knowledge on what can/can’t be done using Smartsheet’s products together with other tools to solve customer needsBe a recognized Smartsheet technical expert and develop relationships with partners on the Product and Engineering teamsActively seek out opportunities to develop new integrations and solutions to address gaps and deliver value to customers Work with Product Management and Operations as the customer advocate on technical feature requests.
