JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) Primarily responsible for handling telephone calls in which customer assistance is required to diagnose andrepair operational problems and make decisions on warranty related issues of Lincoln productAid in the troubleshooting of machine problems over the phone and on locationProvide customer with information pertaining to our entire product offeringWork closely with Machine R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Management and Manufacturing personnel toidentify, correct and prevent warranty problemsSolve customer issues in a quick, complete and satisfactory mannerContribute to and review the troubleshooting and training materials and instruction given to Lincoln fieldservice personnel and customersMay conduct repair training classes for service facilities, distributors and customersOther functions as assigned by the Customer Service Department managementWork schedule may include variable work hoursOccasional domestic and international travel may be requiredQualified applicants will be required to pass an electrical theory testAssumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
