Job description : - We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our initiatives surrounding the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Team Room solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cross-team collaboration, with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities and audio-video technologies. With a focus on agile methodologies, this individual will drive project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering high-quality results. With 8-10 years of experience, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, providing direction and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects related to Microsoft Team Room implementation and maintenance.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration between various departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
Serve as an expert in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and support.
Utilize audio-video experience to enhance collaboration and communication within the team room environment.
Apply agile methodologies to drive project execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines.
Leverage 8-10 years of relevant experience to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
