ROE Dental Laboratory is a cutting-edge dental laboratory specializing in providing high-quality dental restorations and solutions to dental professionals. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, sales, and customer service to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve project goals.
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Lead a proficient team comprising IT specialists and data analysts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with PMP certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
