Your contributions will directlyimpactcustomer satisfaction and contribute to our departmental goals.More than just fixing problems,you'll:Become a product expert:Master our application tools inside and out through continuous learning andcollaboration with colleagues.Be a customer champion:Build strong relationships with customers, actively listen to their needs, and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.Think critically and creatively:Diagnose complex technical issues, research solutions, and develop effective workarounds.Collaborate effectively:Workhand-in-handwith colleagues in different teams to provide seamless support experiences.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degreefrom an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.Evidence of strong academic performance in collegeA track recordof commitment to prior employers.6+ months of SQL experience (academic or professional)6+ months of professional experience in customer service, involving effective communication and relationship-building with clients through phone, email or in-person interactionsAbility to troubleshoot Windows applications and understand SaaSmodelsIndependent work ethic, time management, and problem-solving skillsCollaborative and adaptable team player with a learning mindsetPreferredQualifications:Experience with database and web-based softwareKnowledge of commercial real estate industryWillingness for occasional after-hours supportWhat'sin it for you?When you join CoStar Group,you'llexperience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
