Location: Avon, MN (ONSITE)

TECHNICAL LEAD/ SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION

Lead a team of desktop support technicians and system administrators, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality IT support.
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, working closely with team members to resolve problems efficiently. Ensure the timely resolution of issues. Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, runbooks, KB Articles and troubleshooting guides.
User Management: Create and manage user accounts, assign licenses, and configure user settings.
Disable or remove user accounts when employees leave the organization.
Group and Distribution List Management: Create and manage security groups, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes. Grant and revoke access permissions as needed.
Email Management: Manage email accounts, including setting up email forwarding, archiving, and retention policies. Troubleshoot email issues and spam filtering
