The Technical Inside Sales role for Quick Wire & Tube (QWT) businessResponsible for entire process from quoting to shipment of product and customer relationsIntegration of various roles within Tegra Medical for this business segment

Responsibilities
• Generate and manage the order entry process for inventoried product• Review Requests for Quotes and determine product manufacturability• Generate quotes by sourcing materials and using manufacturing process history• Make decision on profit margin for quoted parts• Determine lead times and state all exceptions on quotes• Enter new customer orders and generate work instructions• Contact customers with manufacturing problems and negotiate solutions• Manage orders, meet with operations and scheduling, and communicate with Accounting• Assist Customer Care Team with coverage and order entry• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years related experience quoting technical specifications or mechanical engineering degree• Expertise and knowledge of materials, wire and tubing, precision grinding, cutting, and end-rounding• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications• Very strong oral and written communication skills• Experience with computer-based ERP/manufacturing systems• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing programs
