Job summary
Full-time Technical Customer Support Representative II or IIIHybrid remote position in Rancho Santa Margarita, CACompetitive salary and outstanding benefits

Responsibilities
• Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat• Address and respond to customer inquiries on products and services• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and configuration recommendations• Document support interactions and escalate complex inquiries• Engage in real-time troubleshooting and follow up with customers• Promote quality customer experience and provide seamless support• Assist with reviewing and coordinating service requests• Handle general consumer issues and maintain customer service levels• Complete daily reports and maintain confidentiality• Contribute to work overflow and assist with department tasks
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus• 2-5 years of customer service and tech support experience• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and document issues• PC literacy and proficiency in MS Word and Excel• Knowledge of multi-cultural customer service issues• Typing speed of 75 words per minute• Excellent writing and verbal skills• Strong organization and detail orientation• Professional attitude and dedication to customer service• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
