CyberEd is looking for aTechnical Curriculum Developer who will contribute to the design and development of its learning courses and practice experiences. You'll lead charge on multiple simultaneous projects for CyberEd.io, with a focus on digital content creation and instructional design, ensuring that our cybersecurity training curriculum is relevant, engaging, and delivered in a way that enhances the learner experience.
As Technical Curriculum Developer, your work will be instrumental in ensuring the product supports CyberEd's overall vision and strategy while meetingcustomer satisfaction and revenue goals. You'll own all planning and execution efforts, throughout the product lifecycle, such as gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with our internal development, sales, marketing, and support teams to drive cross-functional alignment. Additionally, you will serve as a Product Manager, helping streamline production, to ensure quick and efficient delivery of the curriculum to the platform.
What you'll be doing: Leading the product strategies and defining requirements/roadmaps to ensure revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals are met with consistent company vision.Producing digital media content as you build out training courses for our platform (i.e. creating and editing videos, writing scripts, etc.)Building and executing go-to-market response strategies to effectively communicate CyberEd's value proposition.Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.Utilizing cutting edge tools like generative AI authoring and editing for video production, art/design, and written content. Producing and reviewing product requirement documents (PRD) with prioritized features and corresponding justification.Running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.Collecting, analyzing, and incorporating feedback from customers, partners, in-house teams, and other stakeholders on product strategy and shaping requirements, features and end products accordingly.Acting as a leader within the organization and working proactively with cross-functional teams to manage products from concept to launch with innovation and precision.Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.What you'll bring for success: Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.6-8+ years of experience as a Curriculum Developer, Instructional Designer, Training Content Developer, or similar role.Experience in full product lifecycle management and proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Digital media/content creation skills – experience creating and editing videos, ideally towards building digital training courses.Cybersecurity experience and/or knowledge with a demonstrated ability to research and learn new topics quickly in order to create relevant content.Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.Apply now!
