Responsibilities
• Coordinate all activities related to procurement• Negotiate with suppliers for cost and quality• Purchase complex and technical parts and supplies• Perform and maintain Purchase Order (PO) maintenance• Settle with suppliers regarding claims, rejections, etc.• Manage Return Material Authorizations (RMA)• Manage inventory levels• Participate in continuous improvement activities• Assist in value engineering/value analysis on parts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Technical) preferred, NEVI is a plus• Minimum of five years of work experience in industrial environment• Experience with computerized ERP systems• Negotiating experience• Familiarity with electro-mechanical assemblies and/or equipment• Computer Skills: Knowledge of IFS or similar MRP or ERP software systems and MS Office• Knowledge of (offshore) energy industry is a plus• Valid EU work permit
