Our

Technical Business Systems Analyst

plays a pivotal role in aligning IT infrastructure with business strategy, ensuring advanced systems and technologies efficiently support and enhance corporate objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of both technology and business operations, and involves leading the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems solutions. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a robust technical background and a passion for driving technological innovation to support business success.

You will serve as a liaison between IT departments and business units to understand and bridge their needs with effective technology solutions. Leading the evaluation and redesign of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will develop comprehensive system requirements and project documentation to guide the technical team. This role also manages complex projects, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables. You will be able to spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated system solutions, while coordinating with IT professionals and business stakeholders. If you have great communication and presentations skills, this role facilitates high-level meetings and workshops, driving strategic alignment and solution adoption. If you enjoy giving back to your team, you will be able to mentor junior analysts and provide leadership in developing best practices in systems analysis and implementation. Do you enjoy problem solving? In this role, you will conduct detailed system testing and lead quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet high standards and business requirements.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a track record of managing complex technology projects.
Expert knowledge of software development life cycles, particularly Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Advanced skills in data analysis, SQL databases, and programming.
Proficiency with major enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SCM).
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing key stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
