Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
Work with IT Operations, IT PMO, subject matter experts from other business units and related third parties to understand and document technical requirements of systems and to identify opportunities for possible improvements. Particularly as it relates to reporting, data integrations, and software errors that are needing support.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
? Collect, organize and disseminate information about business processes, business rules particularly as it relates to reporting, data integrations, and software errors that are needing support.
? Identify, document and analyze technical business rules that govern the implementation of business processes.
? Document process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models using the Business Process Management Notation or the Flowchart Notation.
? Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze current-state process models compared to future-state process models to determine the necessary changes required to achieve future-state.
? Identify opportunities for systems improvements to efficiently support business processes, identifying functional requirements, and verifying that those requirements are met upon delivery of improvements.
? Provide support for routing incoming requests and tickets from operational business stakeholders to the appropriate department in IT
? Provide technical support for incoming tickets that represent a potential production issue impeding company operations that can be isolated or mitigated before a permanent solution is determined.
? Provide technical support for resolution and monitoring of system errors from Weissman supported software in eCommerce, Warehouse, Internal Intranet, and Reporting.
? Provide software support for Infor M3 services to ensure that they operate accurately and efficiently in response to user requirements.
Other Responsibilities and Duties
? Provide services to the business analysts and technical analysts for creating tickets, facilitating next steps in development projects, providing technical notes in tickets for developers, and tracking relevance of software and reporting tools.

Experience
? Two or more years of experience in an IT Support role that utilizes SQL or support of web based applications.
? Must have prior experience using Google Apps such as Docs, Sheets, Slides
? Knowledge of various analytics and reporting software such as SSRS, Tableau, Excel, and SQL is preferred
? Prior experience with eCommerce concepts and technologies is strongly desired.
? Prior experience managing requirements for systems based upon Microsoft technologies such as IIS, .NET, and SQL Server is desired.
? Prior experience managing quality assurance for systems based upon Microsoft technologies such as IIS, .NET, and SQL Server is desired.
? Practical or Analytical experience in core business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain Planning & Execution, Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Order management, or PLM strongly desired.
? Prior experience with M3 or other ERP systems in a fashion environment a plus
Education
? A Bachelor's Degree in a related information technology discipline or equivalent experience is desired
