Technical Account Manager

Position Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for the overall success of a set of customers. This includes customer relationship management, service agreement management, upselling, and budget planning. The Account Manager should be adept at planning and executing customer visits, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), Statements of Work, and customer budgeting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with customer base in order to drive customer success and satisfaction Conduct on-site visits Manage service agreement development/execution Assist customers with IT budget planning Create agreements and Statements of Work for customers Plan and execute customer visits Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Develop customer budgets and upsell services Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles within tech/IT/security Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously Experience with Client Visits, QBRs, Service Agreements, Statements Of Work, Customer Budget Planning, and Upselling services Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
