HireNow Staffing is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an immersive and magical experience for visitors at Harry Potter: Magic At Play. We are currently looking to hire 5 - 10 team members to assist with the final months of operation as we gear up for our busiest season yet .
Job Title: Team Member (s) Company: HireNow Staffing Location: Bellevue, WA Salary: $20.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Final Months of Operation) Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Engage with visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance, answering questions, and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Attraction Operation: Operate various attractions within the Harry Potter: Magic At Play exhibit, ensuring they run smoothly and safely.
Crowd Control: Assist in managing crowd flow and ensuring that visitors adhere to safety guidelines and exhibit rules.
Retail Sales Support: Assist with retail sales, including merchandise transactions and maintaining a neat and organized retail space.
Event Support: Support special events and activities hosted within the exhibit, including set-up, facilitation, and clean-up.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the exhibit and deliver exceptional service to visitors. Requirements:
Passion for Harry Potter: A genuine enthusiasm for the Harry Potter franchise and a desire to share that passion with visitors.
Customer-focused: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with visitors of all ages.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Starting April 1st, availability to work Wednesday through Sunday is required.
Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks as needed.
Prior Experience: While prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred, it is not required. Working Hours:
Thursday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Starting April 1st: Wednesday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
