Duties & Responsibilities: Understanding our culture of quality and excellent customer service and doing whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Quickly and efficiently serving orders to customers in indoor or outdoor areas. Addressing questions or issues regarding customer orders and ensuring a positive customer experience. Assisting other team members in opening, closing, and side-work procedures. Assist other team members by answering questions and helping out as needed to aid in the service of guests.
