Team leader role in furthering Goodwill Industries of Kansas' mission in Retail areaReporting to Store Manager, responsible for hiring, employee schedules, evaluations, and customer complaintsOversees store operation, inventory, and provides supervision for sales associates

Responsibilities
• Serve as hiring manager in the absence of Manager/Assistant Manager• Complete employee work schedules, evaluations, and ADP as needed• Handle customer complaints• Oversee store operation including inventory and stock rotation• Perform administrative and clerical tasks associated with store operation• Order supplies as needed• Provide supervision for sales associates• Train employees• Follow cash handling procedures on a daily basis
Requirements
• Full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting• Excellent character references and sense of responsibility• Valid Driver's License• High school diploma or equivalent• One year of management experience
