Compensation
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.00.
What You'll Do
As a Team Lead, your primary goal is to inspire and lead a team of customer service professionals. You'll be instrumental in helping them meet and exceed performance goals while ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience every time they connect with us.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of customer service representatives and lead associates.
Coach your team to ensure they meet the objectives of our clients and our organization.
Handle escalated customer issues, providing solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
Maintain a keen eye on your team's attendance and performance, encouraging consistent engagement.
Utilize your leadership skills to motivate and mentor team members, promoting a culture of achievement and respect.
Analyze performance metrics to create and implement effective action plans.

An Associate's degree, technical school certification, or equivalent practical experience.
