Work in a busy environment where you are required to follow specific guidelines and standards. Ensure the safety of all customers by ensuring food is prepared properly and served in a timely manner. Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent food-borne illness. Maintain organization of the kitchen and ensure proper rotation of food products. Maintain position records and keep restaurant operational logs. What you will do as a Leader? Lead by example with excellence wherever needed Lead and model for our Back of House Team members.
