Team Lead Analyst

The Pre-Authorization Radiology Unit (PAR) Team Lead Analyst primarily assists in the analysis of Pre-Authorization - Radiology Unit for compliance with unit goals, operational standards, and organizational best practices. The PAR Team Lead Analyst is responsible for assisting in unit operations, including distribution of work to all staff as necessary, monitoring of staff work progress and work quality, and response to staff inquiries on accounts prior to escalation to management. To do so, the incumbent must maintain effective interaction with all members of the unit, between various units within the Patient Access Department, Department of Radiology, the various ambulatory practices of the Medical Center, as well as the insurance companies that are contracted with UCSF Medical Center.
