Tax Staff Accountant

Hire Resolve is currently searching for a highly motivated Tax Staff on behalf of our client. Our client is a prominent company in the finance industry and is seeking a Tax Staff with strong knowledge and understanding of tax laws and regulations. As a Tax Staff, you will be responsible for providing tax planning, preparation, and compliance services to clients.
Responsibilities Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts Research and interpret complex tax laws and regulations Assist with tax planning and projections Collaborate with clients and colleagues to gather necessary information for tax return preparation Ensure compliance with tax laws and deadlines Assist with tax audits and respond to tax notices as required Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA eligible - 150 credits 1+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance in public accounting Benefits Salary: $55K/yr - $69K/yr, negotiable Health Care (Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance) 401(k) Retirement Plan Family leave (Paid paternity leave; Paid maternity leave) Disability insurance Commuter benefits The annual salary target for this job in this market is negotiable. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
