Responsibilities
• Provide guidance and complete tax-related forms for clients• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews• Generate business growth and increase client retention• Provide IRS audit support• Complete tax forms in accordance with policies and regulations• Collect and process client payments• Market and generate business• Answer client calls and provide future tax planning• Resolve client complaints• Support office priorities through teamwork
Requirements
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Experience working in a fast-paced environment• Basic knowledge of computer functions and math• Sales and/or marketing experience (nice to have)• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax (nice to have)• PTIN Certification (required)
