Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the firm's tax practice, ensuring exceptional client service, and developing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality work products and timely delivery of services Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand services and increase revenue Providing technical expertise and consulting services to clients on tax matters Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of success in developing and growing client relationships Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations Proficiency in tax preparation software and technology Tax Manager Compensation: $100,000-$180,000 Excellent benefits package Partnership track potential If you are a motivated and experienced tax professional looking for a challenging opportunity to grow your career, we encourage you to apply.
