Responsibilities
• Manage client engagements• Review tax associate work• Facilitate completion of tax returns for partner review• Federal and State Tax Audit Representation• Stay current on new federal and state tax developments• Coordinate with Client Accounting and Assurance departments• Interact and communicate with clients verbally and in writing• Planning and projection services• Establish and maintain effective working relationships• Provide leadership and supervision to staff-level accountants
Requirements
• CPA or EA licensure• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting• 4+ years of tax experience in a public accounting setting• Management experience is a plus• Excellent communication skills• Self-motivated with an internal drive to meet deadlines• Positive and professional attitude
