Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple operations of tax practice area and delivering quality tax services to the clients. Responsibilities: Utilize your expert knowledge and understanding of tax laws, regulations, and strategies Provide comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients Review and analyze tax returns, work papers, and financial statements Identify tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Supervise and mentor a team of tax associates and senior associates Participate in business development activities to expand our client base Requirements Active CPA license Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services Experience with flow-through taxation, partnerships, and S-corporations Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Willingness to travel as needed Authorization to work in the United States Benefits Salary: $110K/yr - $150K/yr, salary negotiable Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career changing move.
