As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area and delivering high-quality tax services to clients. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the tax practice area Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for individuals and businesses Review and analyze complex tax returns and financial documents Identify and mitigate tax risks for clients Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations Participate in business development activities to expand the client base Requirements CPA license is required 5+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations Experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Benefits Hybrid Flex Schedule & Remote Work Available Medical, Dental & Vision Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Holidays)?
