Tax Manager - Cpa

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, tax planning, tax research, and ensuring the organization is in compliance with applicable tax laws. The successful candidate must possess an active CPA and be knowledgeable in 1120, 1120S, and Not-for-profit filing requirements.
NOTE: THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN LYNNWOOD Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and file corporate & partnership returns  Research and respond to tax inquiries, including complex tax strategies. Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability. Provide advice and guidance to management on the organization's compliance with tax laws. Review and monitor changes in tax laws and regulations. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws. Manage a team of tax professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. Masters in Tax or Tax Planning is preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive tax experience. Active CPA required. Knowledgeable in closely-held comapnies, 1120, 1120S, and Not-for-profit filing requirements.
