What's a typical day as a Tasting Room Attendant? You'll be: • Preparing tasting/sampling rooms for a seamless transition throughout the day
• Handling a fast-paced and busy environment
• Planning and executing activities included in the tasting room cycles: set up for confirmed number of seatings, reset room quickly and for a premium experience, wash glassware and tasting boards and wipe tables as needed throughout the day and at closing, and maintain a clean environment
• Staying abreast of tour changes, special group needs, and event schedule
• Coordinating with all necessary parties to execute a seamless operation
• Ensure guest expectations are met within company guidelines
• Continually conveying a professional and positive image as a representative of the Old Forester brand
• Assisting with other duties as assigned
